If you haven't been to King Estate Winery in Eugene, you really must go. This is my third trip to the winery, but my first time shooting a wedding there. It is truly one of the most beautiful locations in the Eugene area, and the drive there from my hotel in Cottage Grove was phenomenally fun :)
I arrived before the bride and her girls arrived, giving me plenty of time with the beautiful details. Purple was the color of choice - and her bouquet was one of the prettiest I have ever seen!
While I waited for the girls to get ready - I went over to the guys to see how Sara was doing with their formals. All the guys were keeping an eye on Laura's little brother Michael to make sure he was looking his best at all times :)
Then it was back to the beautiful Brides getting ready room for the bride to get her dress on in the last few moments before the ceremony. I loved her little LSU Tiger (right Laura?) poking out here :)
The gorgeous bride!
The last moment with Dad before walking out.

Married!
This is one of my favorite moments at a wedding and I love when I can catch it. That look of "Oh my gosh, its real!" Girls get months to get used to wearing a ring and this is usually the first time a guy has had a ring on at all. I think its adorable :)

After dinner we headed out for a few shots in the vineyard.
I have to explain this next shot. Luis loves to jump. Really. I was not even looking when they did this, I had the camera down at my side as I was chatting with Sara, and happened to click the shutter to get a shot of them walking away. Lucky timing - but these two just emitted such joy that they had to leap for joy! :)
Laura obviously has a very special bond with her Grandfather.

The light during the toasts was so delicious.

One thing I learned about Laura - she's super strong!!

Laura's girls performed a special serenade of "Part of your World" from the Little Mermaid.
Another one of my special 60-second portrait sessions:
