Chantal and Jared are married!! Abernethy Center - Oregon City Wedding Photography

Last Saturday was another perfect day for a wedding!  Chantal and Jared were married at the Abernethy Center in Oregon City.  What a stunningly beautiful location!  A great getting ready room with lots of light, a gorgeous ballroom and of course the veiled gardens for the ceremony were divine!

I started the day with the girls.

Here is a little "behind the scenes shot" that's me in the middle and Jenifer from Polka Dot Photography on the left. She was in with us for a bit while she waited for the boys to be ready for her.

It takes a village to dress a bride... on a cool side note - Chantal's dress had a big elastic strap that went all the way around her and connected to the dress to help keep it on and up!  Kind of like a wedding dress seatbelt :) I thought that was a great idea - because sometimes strapless dresses can be dangerous!

Chantal and Jared had a whole table in the ballroom set up as a "Candy Bar" by Bruce's Candy Kitchen. There was so much delicious candy - including a handmade truffle for every guest!

Proving that you never know where pretty light is going to be - this alley was fantastic!!

I told Chantal that I was jealous of people with pretty eyelashes she told me she knew that already because she read it on my blog.  I was a little shocked - I forget that anyone other than my mother reads this... lol (hi mom!)

Seriously?! Could she be any more gorgeous? I don't think so...

Married!

Another 60 second photo session on the side of the building during the reception.  Jared is my favorite kind of groom - when I walked them to the side of the building, before I did anything he said "This is going to be cool." I love that!!  Hope you think its cool Jared :)
